Senior Vice President Of Information Technology

Easterseals NH services include early childhood centers of excellence, medical rehabilitation, camping and recreation, vocational services, senior services, substance use treatment, adult day programs, community-based services, individual service options, transportation services, residential service options, and veterans services.
We are seeking a Senior Vice President of Information Technology to join our team! The individual in this key position will lead Information Technology functions of the organization serving as an integral partner and member of Senior Management team, guiding Information Technology strategy to support and strengthen Easterseals. Responsibilities include:

• Establish and oversee appropriate technology infrastructure to support and guide each service and staff in their Information Technology and computing efforts.
• Lead, develop and implement IT strategic plans, objectives, budgets and policies aligned with Easter Seals’ overall strategic plan and goals and in collaboration with Chief Information Officer.
• Facilitate ongoing communication and partnership with Senior Management and programs to determine satisfaction, responsiveness to needs and future growth objectives.
• Identify and assess current and emerging information and computing technologies for feasibility, costs and possible integration within organization.
• Oversee and supervise IT groups in the management of day to day IT operations and project management to include computers, network, telecommunications, software applications/development functions, data integrity, operating and capital budgets, leveraging purchasing, disaster recovery, security, vendor relationships, contracts, licensing, staffing and training.
• Advise and make recommendations to Chief Information Officer on new systems and enhancements preparing budgets and showing costs and value, return on investment.
• Work in conjunction with the PMO to oversee new projects, ongoing enhancements and changes to existing systems and software.
• Oversee and ensure security and safeguards for data and Information systems.
• Lead efforts for continuous improvement of efficiency in process, effective use of technology and best practices.
• Serve as an IT resource by offering support and using outside vendor assistance when appropriate.

Qualifications:

• BS/BA in computer or information systems, or related field
• Familiarity with non-profit, human services/rehabilitation organization
• Ten (10) to fifteen (15) years’ experience in leading and managing an organization's information systems
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills related to instructional and management presentations
• Comfortable with a variety of audiences in varying levels of IS/IT literacy
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation: Starting $131,640 annually
Hours: This is a full-time, exempt-level position.
