Job Description:

The VP, Head of Marketing is responsible for ensuring alignment of Marketing efforts with the priorities of the firm. Responsibilities include developing marketing strategy, coordinating affiliate marketing with Resolute Sales team, engaging with and responding to the needs of Resolute's strategic partners, supporting firm and channel specific sales campaigns, oversight of the Digital Marketing team, and supporting Sales, Product Management, Asset Management, and other internal customers in the creation of new materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensures efforts of Marketing department are aligned with priorities of the firm and that sufficient resources are available
• Coordinates with Sales, Product Management and Asset Management to develop campaigns to generate additional fund, company and/or industry topics for distribution to our clients and prospects
• Works closely with Resolute's affiliates to ensure availability of affiliate marketing collateral for Resolute Sales team
• Works closely with Compliance team to ensure all information meets security and industry guidelines
• Provides a minimum of one piece of valuable feedback in Threads every two weeks for a team member
• Consistently reads feedback and follows up with relevant mentoring, encouragement and accountability for individuals on team
• Ensures reviews are completed on schedule and effectively communicates reviews, compensation and standing within the organization with each team member

Requirements

• Prior experience in financial services required; prior experience in the asset management or wealth management industry and marketing to registered representatives in regional offices preferred
• Excellent understanding of the investment business and the firm's products and services
• Prior experience with channel and digital marketing
• Interpersonal and team leadership skills with the ability to drive key decisions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Creativity and the ability to simplify complex investment ideas
