About Data, Analytics, Reporting and Transformation (DART):
The Data, Analytics, Reporting, and Transformation (DART) team drives more effective risk management across Risk & Compliance and the wider enterprise through consistent data, advanced analytics, and insightful and timely reporting. Further, DART enables continuous and forward-looking risk management capabilities, executing proactive and effective risk management, and enabling risk intelligent strategic decision making. This role is within the DART Governance & Change Management team.
Role responsibilities:
You will partner with stakeholders across various teams within and outside of DART team to assist in the overall governance and change management. You will also work with your peers to ensure documented processes are in place to facilitate the origination and maintenance of DART risk reporting. You’ll provide Regulatory and Audit Issue management support, manage updates to inventories, documents, and repositories. You’ll be responsible to administer risk management activities and track team performance via team assessments and monthly KPI scorecards. Lastly, you’ll be assisting with training and employee engagement initiatives and coordinate / hosts key meetings including Change and Governance Forums.
- Plans, facilitates, and prepares materials and agenda for Governance forums.
- Develops and manages operational metrics and reporting for senior leadership.
- Collaborates with senior leaders and their teams to drive high-value analyses; facilitates effective decision-making by proactively gathering and prioritizing information and relevant decision-making criteria.
- Partner with Reg and Audit teams to develops and delivers issue resolutions for regulatory submissions.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in business management or a related discipline
- 5-7 years of experience is required.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, self-directed, and solutions oriented.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal and partnership skills
- Knowledge / experience with financial services and/or regulatory compliance
The ideal candidate would have a combination of several of the below preferred qualifications:
- Experience in project management, management consulting, risk management in financial services
- Quantitative, analytical, and conceptual problem-solving
- Effective and efficient communication of complex ideas–verbally and in writing
- Intellectually curious and interested in the future of financial services.
- Entrepreneurial and results-driven
- Stays abreast of industry and company practices relevant to project management such as metrics, performance indicators, reporting protocols, etc.
- Leadership in an academic, professional, or extracurricular setting
- Professional certifications in project management (PMP, PMI, Six Sigma and the like) is desired.
