Omaha Vets Group is a network of clinics: Ridgeview Animal Hospital, Walnut Creek Veterinary Clinic, Skyline Veterinary Clinic, The Ridge Veterinary Clinic, Cottner Creek Pet Clinic and Coventry Veterinary Clinic. We started our Call Center in November 2023 and it is growing!

Ring Ring! It's your future calling! 2 Scheduling Coodinators Needed!

The Call Center is an integral part of our network, impacting the daily flow and balance in each clinic. Our goal is to answer 80% of clinic calls at the call center, or, more importantly, reducing the ringing phones in the clinic. This allows the clinic teams to focus on clients and patients in the building while our skilled team of Scheduling Coordinators works diligently behind the scenes!

Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

- Schedule appointments at 6 clinic locations.

- Enter and update customer information in the scheduling system accurately

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly

- Utilize sales techniques to upsell additional services or products to customers

Skills:

- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills

- Fluent in English, both written and verbal

- Customer Service experience is a must

- Proficient in data entry and computer skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
