Scheduling Coordinator

We are looking for a team member to join our pediatric dental practice. Our office is located at 168th & Maple Street. The ideal candidate will have the ability to professionally coordinate patient care services. Job Duties:

• Greeting patients and providing excellent customer service at the front desk.
• Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments using Eaglesoft software.
• Handling incoming and outgoing calls in a multi-line phone environment responding to inquiries from patients and other medical professionals.
• Verify patient insurance coverage and collect the necessary information for billing purposes.
• Maintain patient records and update information as necessary.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a medical office setting is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
