Your Role:
As a Part-Time Client Care Specialist at East Towne Veterinary Clinic, you will be our clinic's welcoming face and voice. Your responsibilities include:
- Greeting clients and their furry companions with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Handling phone calls and scheduling appointments with precision.
- Managing client records and assisting in paperwork.
- Educating clients on our services and helping them understand their pets' needs.
- Collaborating closely with our veterinary team to ensure seamless care.
Schedule:
Our clinic offers a structured part-time schedule to ensure work-life balance. The position will be three days a week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., including a one-hour lunch break. The total weekly hours will range from 25.5 to 30. Occasional Saturday shifts (one per month) will be required, but only after the new hire is fully trained, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
