SalaryBluePearl is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. As the Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth flow as our liaison, by providing efficient patient treatment and maintaining optimal communication with our clients.

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will:
Be the Hero of Workflow: You'll be the mastermind behind our departmental flow, ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine and swiftly resolving any bumps in the road to ensure seamless care for our pets.
Client Connection Guru: Have a knack for communication? You'll be the friendly face (or voice!) addressing client inquiries with lightning speed, and expertly connecting them with our talented DVMs as needed.
Champion of Compliance: Making sure our patients stick to their treatment plans is crucial, and you'll be the superhero who follows up with clients to ensure they're on track for a speedy recovery.
Record-Keeping Extraordinaire: Keep our patient and client records in tip-top shape, because in our world, organization is key to success!
Master of Coordination: From scheduling appointments to prepping for procedures, you'll be the liaison behind the scenes.
Financial Guru: Navigate the world of cost estimates and financing solutions like a pro, ensuring our clients feel confident about their pet's care every step of the way.
Hands-On Helper: From restraining our furry patients with care you'll be a crucial part of our team ensuring the safety and comfort of our patients.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Completion of a minimum of two (2) internal or external continuing education credit hours annually, including OSHA training.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other information systems.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Demonstrated commitment to accuracy, initiative, attention to detail, and analytical problem-solving.

Our Continuing Education Plan includes $500/year reimbursement for CVT and $750/year for VTS. The Continuing Education allowance can roll over up to $1,500 for CVT and VTS associates. Non-Credentialed, full-time Paraprofessionals are eligible for an annual CE stipend of $150. Full-time CVT associates also receive 8 hours of CE paid hours each year. Full-time VTS associates receive 12 hours of CE paid each year. Paid CE hours can be carried over year to year up to a maximum of 24 hours. Newly hired associates will receive a pro-rated amount of any CE benefit for which they are eligible.

Pay: $25.25 - $36.35 / hour
This pay band is a starting point and is dependent on experience.
