We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Patient Care Coordinator. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office. Your excellent communication skills and ability to multitask will contribute to the overall patient experience.
We are seeking a full-time Patient Care Coordinator in our NEW Saratoga Springs NY office. We are a well established office and are looking for the right candidate to join our work family! This position is responsible for executing the front office operations.
- Welcoming patients and scheduling appointments in person or on the phone
- Create a top notch experience for our patients!
- Manage patient scheduling and direct patient flow.
- Ensuring Patient co-pays are calculated and collected correctly
- Ensuring availability of treatment information and planning is accurate
- Recording and updating financial information, including patient information and insurance payments
- Promote current marketing initiatives
- Interact with Patients in a friendly and confident manner
- Protect patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information
- Various office duties as needed; filing, scanning, copying, record keeping
- The desired candidate will have a strong ability to multi-task, adapt to new situations, be reliable, a self-starter and have an attention to detail
- Office experience and insurance knowledge preferred but not required, we will train the right people
