Veterinary Customer Care Representative/ Receptionist

We are looking for a self-motivated team player to join our team. Our small animal clinic environment is very upbeat with a high level of personal client interaction. Previous veterinary experience is a plus. You must be able to multi-task under pressure and have strong attention to detail. Flexibility and reliability are required. Schedule will include evenings, weekends and holidays.
Duties include:
Greeting patients and owners
Weighing animals
Answering phones
Scheduling appointments
Processing payments
Preparing charts for appointments
Filing
Communicating between clients and staff'

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:
