We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team.
This person will play a crucial part in supporting our field team as well as our external customers. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Customer Service, problem solving skills, leadership capabilities, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Daily
· Answer incoming customer calls
· Answer service email for customer requests
· Verify Roof Care Specialists’ schedule for the day
· Dispatch Roof Care Specialists’ – Schedule accordingly to avoid conflict
· Review production calendar and update schedules accordingly
· Follow up on open proposals/quotes with customers
Weekly
· Inform Manger of any needs, recommendations for team including staffing, equipment,
supplies, ect.
· Ensure Roof Care Specialists’ information is updated and tracked in salesforce
· Follow up on customers who need to issue purchase orders
· Review reports from Roof Care Specialists to make sure everything is completed and corrected
· Send reports to invoicing
· Apply invoices from vendors to proper Purchase Orders
Qualifications:
- At least two years of previous Customer Service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with salesforce.com a plus
- Organizational skills with a focus on detail orientation
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to perform all duties with integrity, accuracy, timeliness, and customer-service orientation
