Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations
- Coordinate pick up & delivery of trucks and materials in yard
- Payroll
- Bookkeeping using Quickbooks & Excel
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Previous experience in construction helpful but not necessary
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of large equipment helpful
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
