Order Entry/ Customer Care Representative

Now Hiring! We are seeking an experienced Customer Service/ Order Entry Specialist for a client in Schaumburg, IL.

Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM, Starting Pay $20/HR

Responsibilities:

• Answer any questions the customer may have about available products and services
• Enter customerorders and perform necessary tasks to ensure timely and accurate processing
• Maintain customer relationships by responding to inquiries promptly and efficiently and keeping record of details.
• Setup and resolve problems with customer accounts
• Forward information to appropriate departments as needed.
• Provide customers with information on any open orders and invoices
• Communicate with customers via Live Chat to provide real time help and services

Education and/or Experience:

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
