Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of a business unit
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals and objectives
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Lead and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement initiatives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Manage budgets and financial performance, including profit and loss analysis
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Experience:
- Proven experience in process improvement, sales, project management, business development, and profit loss management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team
- Strategic planning abilities to develop and execute business strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
