Verification Specialist

Job Summary:

The Verification Specialist at The ACA Group is a sales minded support specialist and will serve as a vital link between compliance, client support, and the Sales Department. This role involves ensuring prospective clients have a clear understanding of the company's service agreement, addressing their inquiries, and guiding them through the process of signing the service agreement. Additionally, the Verification Specialist will play a crucial role in verifying that the senior advisor and qualification specialist have accurately and ethically represented the company and its services.

Responsibilities:

Compliance and Client Support:

1. Educate prospective clients on the company's service agreement, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding.

2. Address all questions and concerns raised by prospective clients regarding the service agreement.

3. Provide step-by-step instructions to prospective clients for signing the company's service agreement.

Quality Assurance:

1. Verify that senior advisors and qualification specialists have portrayed the company and its services accurately and ethically.

2. Ensure that the information provided to clients aligns with company policies and industry regulations.

3. Collaborate with the sales team to maintain the highest ethical standards in client interactions.

Qualifications:

- Equivalent work experience.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Phone experience.

- Knowledge of compliance procedures and client support principles.

- Sales minded with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Ethical mindset and a commitment to maintaining the company's integrity.

- Proficiency with computer software such as MS Windows, DocuSign, and CRM systems.

- Must be able to work nights and Saturdays.
