We are accepting applications for remote employees, but preference will be given to candidates who can work in our Orlando office on a hybrid basis. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.
Your impact:
- Updating and maintaining the contract database.
- Continual communication with supplier community to secure necessary client documentation.
- Review details of contracts for accuracy and submit based on the distribution timeliness deadlines.
- Enter detailed contracts into the Price Verification system.
- Run weekly compliance audits for all clients and ensure pricing discrepancy is corrected.
- Communicate with clients and distributors on any discrepancies.
- Retrieve credit for any overcharges from distributors.
- Maintain client pricing agreements, including freight rates (if applicable).
- Responsible for driving out costs that impact client's day to day operations by ensuring pricing pulling with accuracy and if not corrected as quickly as possible to minimize impact.
- Answer telephones, file documents and perform other general clerical duties.
- Consistently practice and maintain the highest standards of professionalism when interacting with fellow team members, suppliers, & clients.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
About you:
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Previous data entry experienced preferred
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Excellent customer service skills - interpersonal and communication.
- Time management and follow through; the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
- Problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and strong work ethic.
