- Conduct thorough inspections prior to guest and owner arrivals to ensure units are clean and ready, touch-up where needed.
- Ensure that the cleanliness of the resort's home and villas exceed expectations.
- Check units WiFi and TV's are properly functioning.
- Conduct departure and vacant inspections.
- Report all safety issues and secure all locations for safety.
- Communicate unit status and/or any issues with management.
- Perform light home maintenance (light bulbs, fix door hinges, etc)
- Perform light housekeeping duties (laundry, vacuum, sweeping, dusting, etc)
- Ensure integrity of every rental unit, addressing issues in a timely manner.
- Oversee special projects as requested and/or needed by the Maintenance & Inspection Supervisor, Laundry Supervisor and General Maintenance Manager.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Assist in the facilitation of the check-in and checkout communication process with the reservations department.
- Meet outside contractors/vendors as needed.
- Must be able to multitask and handle a variety of projects as directed.
- Use of a personal vehicle is mandatory – mileage reimbursed.
- Coordinate with Inspection Supervisor: Collaborate with Inspection Supervisor to address any shortcomings and ensure properties are prepared to welcome guests.
- Maintain Quality Standards: Uphold and reinforce the high-quality standards that define the TideWatch Vacations experience.
- Timely Reporting: Provide detailed and timely reports to management regarding property conditions and any necessary maintenance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.50 - $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
