SalaryVacation Rental Company on Kiawah/Seabrook Island SC looking to fill a full-time property inspector position. Previous experience in housekeeping and/or hospitality industry a plus but not required. Training provided. Should have a sharp eye for detail with strong written and verbal communication skills. The property inspector is responsible for overseeing and preparing our Vacation Rental properties for guest occupancy. Responsibilities include identifying maintenance and housekeeping issues, correcting minor issues and reporting larger issues to the manager, completing property inventories and restocking supplies as needed. This position requires walking, bending, stooping, climbing stairs and occasionally lifting up to 20 lbs. Our office is located on John's Island near Kiawah/Seabrook. Reliable transportation to work and valid clean driver's license is a must. Anyone offered the position will be required to submit a copy of their driving record since they will have access to the company van to drive on the island.
