Job Description: As a Vacation Rental Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appeal of our Vacation Rental properties. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that each property is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for our guests' arrival. This includes performing general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all areas of the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and kitchens.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and prepare Vacation Rental properties for guests' arrival, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all areas of the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and kitchens.
- Change bed linens, towels, and replenish amenities as required.
- Inspect and report any damages or maintenance issues to the team.
- Maintain inventory levels in the home
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with safety standards and property regulations.
- Collaborate with the Housekeeping management team to ensure smooth turnovers between guests and timely property availability.
Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 1 to3 years previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is required.
- Must have your own reliable transportation to travel from property to property.
- Must have a Smart Phone to download Apps that are used for tracking mileage and location and time.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Must work weekends and holidays as required.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and best practices are required.
