COMPENSATION
- Wage Range: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour.

SCHEDULE
- Standard Shift: Monday – Friday 8am – 5:00pm.
- Work Location: Company Headquarters in Springfield, OR
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: Experience with warehouse/inventory activities.
- Computer Skills: Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint).
- Driver License: Valid Oregon driver’s license with a driving record that includes no more than 3 moving violations and/or chargeable accidents in the last 3 years and no DUIIs.
- Pre-employment Requirement: Pre-employment drug test and physical.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Carrying, lifting, pushing and pulling loads up 75 pounds in a physical environment on a regular basis.
- This position is performed both indoors and outdoors and is exposed to various weather conditions, such as heat, cold and rain.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accurately and safely handles loading, unloading, sorting, picking, stocking, staging, transporting, and securing inventory materials.
- Meticulously maintains the shop and yard’s organization, cleanliness and safety through the implementation of a 5S program (Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).Conducts daily cycle counts, enters and posts counts in ERP Accounting System (Vista by Viewpoint). Investigates source of discrepancies in on-hand counts and resolves issues to prevent future discrepancies.
- Distributes supplies to customers (other ARI employees) as per daily pick tickets and accurately record inventory transactions.
- Executes receipt transaction in ARI’s business system for all inbound freight per 3- way match for invoice payment (matching Purchase Order, Packing List, Invoice).

- Develop and execute efficient shipping processes for outbound freight via carriers like UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.
- Optimizes space utilization for material storage, implementing dimensional categorization and creating scannable product labels for each product location.
- Collaborates with the Supply Chain Manager to develop effective warehouse and inventory control processes.
- Attends weekly department safety meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support to the support the Product Support department.
