Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Utility Relay Compliance Specialist to join our client's team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the development, implementation, and evaluation of clients' protective relaying, instrument transformers, control circuits, and generation interconnection facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in testing and evaluating electrical systems, specifically protective relays, to NERC standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing a Protection System Maintenance Program (PSMP).
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and evaluation of protective relaying systems.
- Test and evaluate electrical systems, ensuring compliance with NERC standards.
- Develop and implement a Protection System Maintenance Program (PSMP).
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure effective regulatory compliance.
- Experience in testing and evaluating electrical systems, with a focus on protective relays.
- Familiarity with NERC compliance standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
