Our client is currently seeking a User Experience Researcherto join their team for a remote position.
Job Overview:
- Discovery and onboarding - understanding client partnerships, research team introductions, sample research material
- Understand forward roadmap of research priorities for client products
- Co-create research briefs with current UUX research lead and align with Design and PM teams
- Using established qualifying questionnaires, recruit and coordinate participants for research studies identified within the discovery phase
- Conduct up to 4 user studies per month, provide weekly snapshots and findings via email with team
- Evangelize research findings and key takeaways in bi-weekly or monthly presentation
- Make adjustments to the research plan as needed
- Provide a 2 month roll up of all research findings, evaluate the success of the plan, make recommendations for new research process moving into FY24
- Help client UX Researcher on study tasks only if / when time allows
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Master's degree in human computer interactions, sociology, psychology, or related field
- Minimum 10+ years of experience
$75.00 - $80.00 per hour
