As a User Researcher 2 you are a storyteller who inspires change at all stages of product development by delivering engaging, insightful, and action-oriented recommendations that are easy to digest and act upon. Your primary job as an advocate for our users is to help the product team understand what would make a user’s experiences useful, valuable, and delightful.
Our team is proud to scale this ambition by investing in Dataverse – a common data model that lets you securely store and manage data that’s used by business applications. To run effective AI models, we start with good data, and to build useful enterprise solutions, one typically needs to pull data from more than one source. Our Dataverse Design team is charged with crafting solutions that help customers transform their companies—whether they want to empower employees, engage customers, optimize their operations, or change the very nature of their product or business model. As researchers, we are customer obsessed and advocate for them in the product design & development process.
Our studio brings together talented individuals to co-create experiences that matter for everyone. We are big advocates of systems thinking and human centered design. We partner with world class Product Managers (PM), Data Scientists, Developers, Designers, and Researchers who strategize together on ambiguous and ambitious challenges to bridge the tech skills gap facing the world today through product releases, technological challenges, and ongoing customer feedback. Researchers are pivotal to guiding the creation of creative solutions that are relentlessly simple, intuitive, and humanistic.
