Usability Researcher

We are looking for Usability Researcher to join one of our large, Redmond-based tech client’s teams. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with generative AI technology and measuring the quality of the AI-generated outputs. You will work in a very creative and consumer-driven space with fun and diverse artifacts. Contributing to the bigger picture and helping the product team make improvements. You will play a role in making their products better and easier to use for people around the world.

If you are the right fit, you have strong project management, organization, and planning skills. You have experience analyzing quantitative data and tracking metrics. You are very comfortable with online research tools, video editing and/or benchmark research methods.

This is a remote, full-time, 3-month contract with the strong potential to extend. We'll only be able to respond to applicants who meet the basic qualifications for this role. Required:

• 2+ years experience conducting UX research in related products
• 2+ experience with User Testing and Qualtrics
• 2+ years project management experience
• 2+ years experience analyzing data using Excel and reporting your findings to the product team using PowerPoint

Pay rate range, depending on experience level: $45-55/hr. W2.
