Usability Researcher 2

Nextant is looking for a driven Usability Researcher 2 to join our client team.

Job Responsibilities:

Weekly team meetings where we do learn sessions and they would just fully incorporate into our team culture, which is also a unique experience.

Requirements:

• 2-4 Years of experience
• Degrees or certifications required: On human computer interaction, cognitive science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology or another data or research centric field.
• Minimum 2-4 years' experience with watching customer videos and deriving insights from those customer video
• Minimum 2-4 years' experience with UX benchmarking.
• Minimum 2-4 years' experience with quantitatively measuring the experience of 1 product against another product and then third, uh making PowerPoint presentations like with within with customer insights.
• Experience with online research tools, video editing and/or benchmark research methods. Experience with User Testing is strongly desirable.

Remote Position

Pay Rate:

The annual salary range for this position is $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 in Washington State. Please note that the salary range is a general guideline. Nextant considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills, and other market and business considerations when extending an offer.
