- You will be responsible for helping others conducting a wide variety of user research methods including remote moderated and unmoderated usability testing, concept testing, surveys, card sorts, and customer interviews.
- You will work closely with the PMs, Designers, Developers, User Experience Researchers, and Designers.
- 6+ years of experience in the technology industry conducting user research.
- Degree in Psychology, Human-Computer Interactions, Human Factors (HF engineering or HF psychology), Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience with a broad range of research methodologies (usability studies, interviews, surveys, heuristic evaluations, card sorting, unmoderated studies, etc.).
- Ability to quickly and effectively analyze data and present findings clearly to influence product design and direction.
- Communicate, track, and drive research insights with stakeholders to ensure positive impact on products in a fast-moving agile environment.
- Experience with a broad range of user research related tools: Usertesting.com, Respondent, Qualtrics, UserZoom, etc.
- Understands how to work with product development teams through different and understands how to communicate/influence and how they are thinking about research and products that they can help to influence.
- Experience with APIs, SDKs, and developer tools.
- Highly technical, senior, able to handle a lot of projects at the same time, front end experience, experience and understanding of API and developer tools, moves fast, able to do studies in quick timelines, task switching, ability to teach others, can manage multiple projects, able to work with others.
- Pay Range: $47/hour - $57/hour.
