Job Description:
- Facilitate Project and Production Support requests for Kyndryl PgMP and key stakeholders.
- Ordering and financial tracking related to project and support requests related, but not limited to net new servers/software/resource support, server capacity increases and upgrades, software and resource support request.
- Coordinate with Kyndryl, PMs/Managers, and requesters to facilitate cost approvals for requests.
- Provides project estimation support as well as current environment costs.
- Tracking project and cost center costs daily which is turned over to finance on a monthly basis.
- Coordinates with Kyndryl for all related requests as single point of contact.
- Submits all new Kyndryl requests for net new, decom and SOW in Kyndryl system.
Position Success Criteria (Desired) - 'WANTS':
- Professional communication skills both written/verbal, heavy multitasking, with experience handling multiple requests in a large environment.
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Experience with database extracts with multiple data sources, Excel formula reading/writing and creating reports.
- Ease in learning new skills, applications, and concepts in an IT environment.
- Experience coordinating and supporting various departmental areas with focus in finance and/or procurement and PMO.
- Experience with MS Office Suite, experience working in a IT Project Management or Project Management team or supporting needs of multiple groups, contacts and vendors preferred.
