At our company, we are on a mission to help clients minimize their tax burden. In this role, you will be part of a seamless process designed to guide you every step of the way. Your tasks will involve reaching out to clients to gather all the necessary files and information. Next, you will dive into reviewing and processing these materials to calculate potential tax savings. Once that is complete, you will document your findings according to our process and submit them to the relevant agency. Your job does not stop there - you will stay in touch with both the client and the agency, providing updates and ensuring a smooth process until the tax savings are achieved and the client has paid for their service.

Compensation:$50,000 - $65,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Manage tasks, projects, and communication in the Project Management system daily.
- Input financial data into spreadsheets daily.
- Request and track client information, following up as needed.
- Review and gather information at client sites when necessary.
- Organize and file documents meticulously.
- Copy, scan, and file client materials accurately.
- Prepare and send client correspondence.
- Update relevant spreadsheets and run basic reports.
- Address data discrepancies as required.
- Assist with accounting functions and other administrative tasks.
- Occasional travel to client offices, with expenses covered.
- Rare overnight stays for out-of-town clients, with all travel costs covered.
Skills and Abilities:
- Tech-savvy with a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy through thorough checks.
- Organized and able to manage information systematically.
- Skilled at efficient data entry and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Adept at prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines while staying adaptable.
- Excellent client service skills with a positive and proactive approach.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, contributing actively in discussions.
- Self-motivated, independent worker who excels in problem-solving.
- Capable of lifting up to 20 lbs.
- Minimum 5 years of administrative, clerical support, and project management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Strong performance is valued over formal education; a bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required
- Willingness to complete skills and/or personality assessments during the interview process
- Demonstrated skills in organization, systemization, and attention to detail
- Minimum of 3 references required
