JOB SUMMARY:
The Project Coordinator works closely with our channel partners and Midmark sales force to ensure our customers' orders are accurate and delivered on-time. This position will have the responsibility for planning, ordering, directing, and coordinating the activities for projects.
ESSENTIAL/PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Works with various trades including: architects, contractors, customers, channel partners, as well as Midmark's sales force
- Provides solutions, expertise, and product knowledge
- Utilizes multiple software platforms throughout projects
- Enters and processes project orders using an ERP system
- Coordinates orders, inquiries, information, projects, and consignment inventory for multiple sales representatives
- Coordinates activity between the customer, channel partner, and multiple internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish. This includes but is not limited to: entering & expediting orders, issuing credits, assisting with disputed pricing, addressing shipping issues/freight claims, reordering replacement product, and issuing return goods authorizations.
- Obtains freight quotes upon request and helps coordinate delivery for our customers; ensuring delivery dates and times are met
- Fulfills service warranty orders for applicable products
- Communicates product information via email, phone, and virtual means
- Provides phone coverage for departmental call centers as needed
- Supports and implements MPS principles and theme work
- Maintains compliance to all Quality regulations (FDA/ISO), and departmental procedures and guidelines
SECONDARY DUTIES:
- Attends dealer meetings and sales representative/customer visits to build relationships with Midmark customers
- Assists with departmental projects
- Runs and updates departmental reports
- Manages and maintains departmental mailboxes
- Trains new Midmark sales representatives and teammates on departmental processes
- Supports other Midmark locations/teammates as needed
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years related experience, or equivalent combination of experience and education.

- Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects
- Intermediate to advanced MicroSoft Office skills required
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software experience desired
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience
- Software to create 2D and 3D visual desired
- Call center and reporting knowledge
- Logistics/transportation knowledge
