Must Have:
- 2-3 yrs experience in Call Center
- Customer Support experience in Insurance Policies is a plus, but not required
- Excellent English grammar [written/oral]
- Knowledge in Google Spreadsheets
- Computer Savvy
- Able to multi-task
- Reliable internet + backup
- Quality headset w/noise cancelling
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Licensed in insurance a plus, but not required
- Quiet space to work remotely
