Natural Gas Storage Field - Station Controller

Honeoye Storage Corporation is seeking a highly-motivated team player to fill a full-time Station Controller position at our small operating facility in Bristol, New York. For the right individual, this position offers an outstanding career opportunity with the possibility of rapid advancement in responsibilities and compensation.

This position requires an individual with strong computer skills, demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to maintain mechanical and electrical equipment. The responsibilities of this position are geared towards a self-motivated individual who can work independently or within a team. Some of these responsibilities may include: grounds keeping, annual pipeline and well inspections, bacteria testing, engine and compressor maintenance, inventory, plan and procedure review, and janitorial maintenance. Written and verbal skills, as well as a high level of professionalism is a must. A college degree in technology, mechanics or engineering is preferred. Experience operating and maintaining gas wells, compressor station and pipeline facilities is highly desired, but not necessary. Only candidates who are permanently living, or able to relocate, within 45 minutes of our station in Bristol will be considered due to a rotating on-call schedule.
