As a Customer Support Specialist, you would be required to have a high level of data entry skills, advise and influence customers on the payment options within company guidelines, accept payment on certain accounts as appropriate, and resolve most questions and problems. Analyze customer's financial situations and negotiate terms of repayment to bring the account current.
