In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed with professionalism and efficiency. This position requires a high-level of customer and employee interaction, so the ideal candidate will not only possess the technical acumen, but also the ability to provide a strong level of customer service. Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, emails, to address any customer concern with the highest level of response and attention.
- Quickly and accurately identify and assess individual needs, as well as take the appropriate action steps to satisfy those needs.
- Communicate effective client messaging to the customer base to ensure an increase in revenue and customer satisfaction
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Responsible for setting realistic customer expectations, and meeting or exceeding these expectations
- Initiates and develops contacts with existing and potential customers.
A successful Customer Support Associate will have:
- 2+years of experience in Customer Support
- Perform detailed daily record-keeping and reporting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and empathetic
- Make positive suggestions on improving and streamlining workflow processes and enhancing profitability.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
