Position Overview:

You’ll be working alongside our talented marketing team to create content across various Social Media platforms. This role offers an exciting opportunity for young, aspiring talents to unleash their creativity, learn new skills, and contribute to something truly remarkable.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Develop engaging content for Build Redux's Social Media channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and TikTok. This includes graphics, videos, GIFs, memes, and more.

On-Camera Charisma: Your infectious energy will connect our audience, delivering content that not only captures attention but also builds engagement.

Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute Social Media campaigns that align with Build Redux's brand identity and objectives. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to optimize content strategy.

Community Engagement: Actively engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner. Foster meaningful connections with followers and influencers to enhance brand loyalty and awareness.

Creative Ideation: Brainstorm and pitch creative ideas for Social Media Content that resonate with our target audience and drive brand affinity. Experiment with new formats and storytelling techniques to keep content fresh and innovative.
Video Production: Take charge of video production, from inception to completion. Your creativity will shine as you deliver captivating video content to the target audience.

Qualifications:

-Passion for digital media, storytelling, and emerging trends in Social Media.
-A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
-Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
-Basic knowledge of video editing and production techniques.
-Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and/or Canva.
-Strong communication skills with a knack for crafting compelling narratives.
