Social Media Content Creator

POSITION PURPOSE AND EXPECTATION:

The Social MediaContent Creator will grow Lovisa's social brand presence and build strong online communities through our various Social Media platforms.. The Social Media Content Creator will drive a social-first strategy with fully integrated campaigns and programs that promote the business priorities including exploring and implementing new conversion channels. This role requires entrepreneurship and an achiever attitude.

We are seeking a creative and talented Social Media Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for aesthetics, and a deep understanding of Social Media platforms. As a Social Media Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging content that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience, both behind and on-camera

Responsibilities:

• Create original, high-quality content for various Social Media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and conceptualize creative campaign ideas.
• Produce visually appealing graphics, photos, videos, and other multiMedia Content.
• Write compelling and concise copy & captions that captures the brand voice and effectively communicates key messages.
• Monitor Social Media channels for trends, opportunities, and user-generated content that aligns with our brand.
• Partnering with Community Lead, engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze performance metrics and insights to optimize content and drive continuous improvement.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in Social Media marketing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and e-commerce, to ensure consistency across all digital channels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, psychology, journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of Social Media platforms, algorithms, and analytics.
• Familiarity with Social Media management tools such as Dash Hudson.
• Passion for retail, fashion, jewelry and consumer trends.
• Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
