```Responsibilities```
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Collect patient information and update dental records using electronic systems such as Epic and Eaglesoft
- Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with insurance-related questions
- Coordinate referrals to specialists and follow up on patient care
- Provide medical administrative support to healthcare providers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
```Experience```
Must have Dental Office experience.
- Proficient in using office equipment and phone systems
- Strong computer skills, including experience with electronic Dental record systems such as Open Dental
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
