Treatment Coordinator

We are looking for a Dental Treatment Coordinator who will make our office more efficient, productive and pleasant for patients. You’ll ensure excellent customer service and lift administrative and basic dental tasks off the dentist’s shoulders.
The Treatment Coordinator should be friendly and well-organized with great attention to detail.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Provide excellent customer service by answering patient inquiries and addressing their concerns
- Assist with dental administrative support tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Coordinate treatment plans with dentists and other dental staff
- Educate patients on dental procedures, treatment options, and payment plans
- Collect and process patient payments and insurance information
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Requirements:
- 5 years experience in Dental Treatment planning required
- Strong knowledge of the dental procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and dental staff
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining patient records and billing information

- Must speak fluently English and Spanish

- Experience with ortho is a plus

This position has also a bonus structure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
