Job Summary: The Treatment Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that everything is done to get our patients to pay for and complete their individual treatment plans. This may include answering phones, greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and processing insurance claims. This position will work closely with the Doctor and the management team, while helping patients figour out how to complete their treatment plan, with the sole goal of striving towards getting every single patient having a 100% healthy mouth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greeting patients and answering questions regarding their treatment plan.
- Scheduling patient appointments.
- Processing claims via our electronic medical record system.
- Collecting patient payments.
- Maintaining patient records in our electronic medical record system.
- Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.39 - $25.15 per hour
