Front Desk/ Treatment Coordinator
Duties:
-Must have Dental or Orthodontic experience to apply
- Start contracts for new patients who begin treatment
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing patients concerns and resolving issues
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Coordinate projects and assist with clerical tasks as needed
- File and organize documents, both physical and digital
- Verify orthodontic insurance
-Present contracts to patients
- Take payments
-Take Xrays and photos of patients
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in using office equipment, such as computers, printers, and phone systems
- Familiarity with orthodontic or dental office procedures is a plus
- Ability to collect payments from patients and read ledgers
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
-RDA license
