Treatment Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Treatment Coordinator position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the treatment department by assisting patients with their care needs, scheduling appointments, insurance verification, and payment collection. The Treatment Coordinator will also be responsible for assisting with communications between patients and their caregivers and internal operations. This position reports to the Clinical Manager.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform patient payments via phone and computer.
• Maintain patient records and treatment schedules.
• Verification of insurance information.
• Assist in communications between patients and caregivers.
• Collect patient payments.
• Answer patients' phone calls and emails.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for patients and visitors.
• Work with other treatment team members to ensure patient care is taken care of in a professional manner at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinical Manager or Sr. Manager.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Previous experience in medical field desired but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.81 - $24.85 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
