Are you an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator with a knack for facilitating treatment acceptance and guiding families through the process with compassion and expertise? Big Smiles Ranch is seeking a talented Pediatric Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in helping families navigate their child's dental care journey.

Primary Duties:

Financial Arrangements: Expertly discuss treatment costs with families, presenting options and assisting them in making informed decisions. Utilize basic sales skills to communicate the value of recommended treatments effectively.

Treatment Acceptance: Use your expertise and interpersonal skills to facilitate treatment acceptance, addressing concerns and building trust with families to ensure the best outcomes for their child's oral health.

Drs. Schedule Optimization: Collaborate closely with our clinical team to ensure optimal scheduling, balancing patients' needs with providers' availability while achieving provider production goals.

Unscheduled Treatment Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with families regarding unscheduled treatment needs, offering support and guidance to help them proceed with necessary care for their child.

Referral Coordination: Coordinate referrals to specialists as required, maintaining clear communication and seamless transitions for our patients and referring doctors.

Accounts Receivable: Manage patient billing and accounts receivable processes with attention to detail, ensuring accurate billing, payment posting, and follow-up on outstanding balances.

Insurance Verification: Verify insurance coverage for patients, adeptly navigating insurance processes and advocating for families to maximize benefits.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with dental practice management software.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-through abilities.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in dentistry.
• Knowledge of pediatric dentistry and a passion for working with children.
• A talented connector and true people person.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Curve practice management software is preferred, but not required.
