FTK Construction Services is a full-service General Contractor based in Allen, TX with a focus in Affordable Housing, Disaster Services, Biohazard cleaning/treatments, Multi-Family Renovations, and Roofing.
Position: We are looking for a Multi-Family Assistant Superintendent who is willing to travel.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- On-site management of daily production activity
- Assisting in estimating projects
- Project Scheduling
- Communication with site level management
- Product Quality Control
- Materials Procurement
- Subcontract Management
- Internal and Jurisdictional Inspections
- Project Duration
