We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team and ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and route them to the appropriate staff members.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives and team members.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files.
- Greet visitors and provide them with a warm welcome.
- Assist in coordinating office events, meetings, and conferences.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
