Responsibilities:
-Able to take control of the department when needed, tasks include inspecting all rooms, making sure all areas are properly cleaned.
- Perform general housekeeping duties such as cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing rooms and common areas
- Launder and change bed linens and towels
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, addressing any concerns or requests promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all areas, including restrooms, kitchens, and living spaces
- Follow established protocols for handling hazardous materials and waste disposal
- Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures while performing duties
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for residents
Skills:
-Strong leadership skills.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques, including carpet cleaning and maintenance
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
