Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Travel Consultant. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for sales, hospitality, and travel planning.

Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their travel needs and preferences
- Offer personalized recommendations and advice on destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities
- Research and book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services
- Handle inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns related to travel bookings
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, travel regulations, and destination information
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or a related field is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to actively listen to clients' needs
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using computer reservation systems and travel booking platforms
- Knowledge of hotel accommodations, airline policies, and travel regulations
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple bookings simultaneously
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
