A Facility in Fort Defiance, AZ is looking for a Travel RN Case Manager for a 13 week contract. The role will be days only, either 7:30-4:30 OR 8-5, NO WEEKENDS and NO HOLIDAYS! The role will be in a Primary Care Clinic and is slated to start in early December.
