A leading transportation collection agency is seeking an account and sales managers within our competitive sales environment. The successful applicant will focus on acquiring additional revenue streams from existing clientele, as well as bringing on new clients who can benefit from our services from Company generated leads.

As a Sales & Account Manager, you will be responsible for meeting monthly and quarterly quotas while maintaining client satisfaction.

You will report to management and manage a minimum of 100 active clients as your portfolio grows.

Sales & Account Manager Responsibilities:

• Engagement with existing clients via live contact and follow up with all prospects within established time frames.
• Researching and cold calling prospective leads provided by the Company.
• Hit or exceed quotas, as established by management.
• Reviewing, understanding, and submitting all paperwork provided by clients.
• Working occasional overtime, as requested by management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Associates degree preferred.
• Candidates must demonstrate great communication and organization skills, attention to detail, ability to effectively multi-task, and proficient computer skills.
• Candidates must be outgoing, have a positive attitude and be able to handle the rejection that is often associated with cold calling.
• Comfort working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
