Responsibilities:- Customer Outreach: Initiate warm calls to clients who have expressed interest in our services. Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify Customer Needs and Provide Solutions
- Provide Excellent Customer Service and Customer Relations
- Build, maintain, and manage customers' accounts
- Provide prompt and helpful answers to clients' inquiries regarding policies, billing, coverage, and rate changes. Ensure clients have a thorough understanding of their insurance products and services.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong listening and communication skills are essential.
- Technical Requirements: Access to a laptop or iPad, high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to follow up, solve problems, and provide excellent customer service.
- Insurance Experience: While relevant experience is helpful, it's not required. We provide training for candidates with the right motivation.
