What does a real estate Transaction Coordinator do?

1. Open Escrow. As soon as the purchase agreement is completed, the Transaction Coordinator will open escrow. It’s the official start of the Transaction Coordinator service.
2. Schedule & Coordinate. From inspections and appraisals to a no surprises closing, the Transaction Coordinator schedules appointments with all parties to make sure the right people get to the right place at the right time. This gets the real estate agent off the phone and back showing properties.
3. eSign, Review, Submit, [Repeat]. The paperwork involved in a transaction doesn’t normally top an agent’s list of favorite things to handle. The good news? A Transaction Coordinator handles sending the documents, reviewing them for accuracy, and making sure they get where they need to be.
4. Track Deadlines. Deadlines make and break deals. A remote Transaction Coordinator tracks every single deadline to make sure every “t” is crossed and every “i” dotted from escrow until the closing is official.

Requirements:
1. Licensed real estate agent in California
2. Must be willing to move license under eXp Realty (Team operates under eXp Realty)
3. Must have a minimum of 3-years’ experience as a Transaction Coordinator
