Our Real Estate office is seeking a Transaction and Escrow Coordinator who can effectively assist our valued home buyers and sellers.
As our TC, you’ll manage (with a collaborative team) the backend of Real Estate Transactions from when a lead comes into the office, to when the listing agreement is drafted, to when escrow closes. The daily job involves interacting with clients a lot by phone + coordinating signatures, following negotiations, and lots of problem-solving. The goal of the job is to be the agent's right-hand support, ensuring no detail is missed and ultimately creating an amazing agent support + client experience from start to finish!
Our ideal match is experienced with escrow/transaction management, detail-oriented, an expert at creating and auditing contracts and files, and a pro at facilitating the lead flow and the escrow process for agents, buyers, sellers, escrow, title, and various vendors. The ideal candidate loves handling the back-end details of a Real Estate Transaction with superb customer service skills to make clients wowed by their experience.
Starting at $70,000. Commensurate with experience, plus commission, performance-based bonuses, and benefits.

Compensation:$70,000 to start
Responsibilities:- Manage all deal flow and paperwork in a Real Estate Transaction from start to finish
- Manage transaction workflow for all the deals in the pipeline (Escrow Timelines and Important Dates, Listing/Seller & Landlord Representation, In Contract/Escrows, and Closings), regularly following up with and updating all key parties
- Oversee preparation of Contracts, Due Diligence, Disclosures, LOIs, Leases, Invoices, and all paperwork related to Real Estate Transactions
- Maintain organized electronic files of all transactions for use by all team members
- Prepare Listing Books, Welcome Packages for New Listings, and Closing Packages for Closings
- Audit paperwork to confirm compliance
- Manage contingency periods, following up and interfacing with parties as needed
- Order necessary reports and disclosures (Prelims, NHD Reports, Inspections, Mandatory City Reports)
- Follow up with all parties to make sure reports are delivered, manage minor issues, and escalate bigger issues
- Prepare Commission Statements and manage the delivery of funds
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
- Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service
- Experience in the Real Estate industry, transaction management or coordination, titles, and/or mortgages preferred
- Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills
- High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred
