Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as both a Real Estate Assistant & Personal Assitant - Jack of all trades. As a Real Estate Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our Real Estate team and assist with various tasks related to property transactions , property management, and personal assiting to the 2 employers.
Duties:
- Assist with the preparation and processing of Real Estate documents, including contracts, agreements, and leases. Tc.
- Coordinate property showings and open houses
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and property databases
- Conduct research on properties, market trends, and comparable sales
- Communicate with clients, lenders, escrow officers, and other parties involved in Real Estate transactions
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls
- Run errands
- Be a Team player and Problem solver
-Cold calling ans schdeduling meetings.
- whatever else needed
Skills:
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Real Estate terminology and processes
- Familiarity with bank procedures, loan officers, escrow, and mortgage servicing
- Ability to accurately perform 10-key typing for data entry purposes
- Understanding of fair housing regulations and compliance
- Basic math skills for calculations related to property transactions
- Familiarity with FNMA guidelines and underwriting processes
